Flexicruit Limited seeks a skilled Automotive Technologist to join its team in Walsall. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake checks, and MOT preparation, adhering to industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, informing customers about work being done on their vehicles and addressing their queries professionally.

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent, demonstrating technical expertise.
• Proven experience as a mechanic in a busy garage setting, showcasing ability to work under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence, facilitating job-related activities.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude, prioritizing service excellence.
