Job Title: Head of Regulatory Reporting

The Head of Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for overseeing and managing all regulatory reporting functions at Jefferies International in London. This senior role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regulatory reporting team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the relevant competent authorities, including the FCA and Bafin/Bundesbank.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to meet department needs for both new business and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with the business areas and risk on capital planning exercises and internal assessment of risk.
  • Maintain key relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory reporting within an investment banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and EU regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
