To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans
  • Delivering high-quality care through the night, conducting regular checks on residents as per their care plan
  • Responding promptly to assistance calls while maintaining respect for resident dignity
  • Engaging in conversations to preserve residents' sense of identity and uphold dignity at all times
  • Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
  • Monitoring and administering medications
  • Taking residents' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Supervising junior staff and managing the unit effectively
  • Offering emotional support to residents and their relatives

In addition to these responsibilities, we welcome applicants with experience in:

  • Working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Medication administration training
  • Dementia care experience

The successful Nursing Care Specialist will receive a competitive hourly salary of £19.00 and an annual salary up to £43,472. We currently have permanent vacancies available for both day and night shifts. In recognition of your hard work and commitment, you will enjoy the following benefits:
