Role Overview:

A leading healthcare provider seeks an experienced Theatre Practitioner to support their team at their hospital, rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of highly skilled Theatre Practitioners in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve Theatre services.
  • Coordinating training and development programs for Theatre staff.

Requirements:

A degree in Operating Department Practice or a related field, along with significant experience in a Theatre environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
