Job Description

As our new Assistant Corporate Access, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of our investor engagement strategy. Your mission will be to arrange investor meetings, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records of investor interactions. You will also assist in maintaining our Owners Relations website and managing inbound communication into the Owners Relations inbox.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team, including our CEO and CFO, to ensure seamless execution of investor events and meetings. You will be responsible for tracking upcoming conferences and roadshows, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all relevant information is available to participants.

You will be a key member of our Finance team, providing exceptional support and organization skills to enable us to achieve our mission. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience in a similar role, working in or around an Investor Relations team or similar;
  2. At least 5 years' mid-senior level experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth company, ideally supporting a global team with multiple demands;
  3. Total discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential and sensitive matters related to investor relations;
  4. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage connections to enhance our investor engagement outcomes;
  5. A self-starter who can work independently, identifying gaps and streamlining processes;
  6. Ability to use initiative and sound judgment to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities;
  7. Adept at juggling multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail;
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different situations and audiences;
  9. Proficiency in using Google Suite and other collaboration tools, such as Slack, with the ability to conduct basic data analysis using Google Spreadsheets;
