At Alina Homecare, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Assistant to join our team.

As a Disability Support Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing support and care to enable them to live as independently as possible.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Attending appointments with clients to provide support and companionship
  • Accompanying clients to day centres for social activities and fun events
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assisting with medication and creating routines to ensure clients take their medication as prescribed
  • Preparing meals and ensuring clients have a healthy diet
  • Supporting clients with shopping and budgeting

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and who is able to work as part of a team to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

As a Disability Support Assistant, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
