Electrical Remedials Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Remedials Engineer to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and in-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes. Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
  • NVQ Level 3.

Estimated Salary: £51,840 per annum plus overtime and benefits.
