We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent. They will also have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks.

Key responsibilities include creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, providing individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities, and collaborating with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about education, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is committed to supporting students' learning and development.

Key Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
