Estee Lauder Retail Beauty Advisor - Join a Dynamic Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team at Estee Lauder. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing personalized beauty advice to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

With your passion for beauty and your ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products, you will be an invaluable asset to our team. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations to help them achieve their beauty goals.

As a Retail Beauty Advisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying informed about new products and launches, and being able to communicate the benefits and features of our products to customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple sales floors and customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and delivering personalized beauty advice to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to communicate the benefits and features of our products to customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations to help them achieve their beauty goals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple sales floors and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Participate in regular product training and development sessions to stay informed about new products and launches.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
