Hotel Porter

We are looking for a skilled and organized Hotel Porter to join our team at Malmaison Belfast. As a key member of the Nights team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise.

Your role will involve managing guest expectations, maintaining high standards, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, welcoming them in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, preparing meeting and event spaces, assisting guests with their luggage, and dealing with any inquiries. You will also carry out nightly Health and Safety audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience of working in a similar role. Night shift work is essential, and we offer great flexibility with a range of shifts and days available.

We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships, sitting alongside detailed brand training, which can help you progress through to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.

The estimated salary for this position is £14.15 per hour inclusive of tronc, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or advance their hospitality career.
