Job Opportunity at Fulcrum Engineering

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, and Kings Lynn areas. As an Equal Opportunities Employer, we welcome applications from qualified and experienced individuals in the following roles:

Thermal Insulation Fabricators/Fitters & Laggers
  • Assist in the fabrication and installation of lagging on pipe work and tanks
  • Work on process plants and refineries
  • Hold C&G or NVQ qualifications and possess relevant skill cards
Mates & Labourers
  • Assist with moving materials and stripping out metal sheets
  • Fitting metal sheets on sites
  • Ability to work between sites within a 20-mile radius
Industrial Painters
  • Paint steel work and pipe work to required coating specifications
  • Work on industrial sites such as process plants and refineries
  • Hold C&G or NVQ qualifications and possess relevant skill cards

Key Requirements:

  • C&G or NVQ qualifications
  • Relevant skill cards (CSCS, IPAF, etc.)
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime

Compensation:

  • Skilled: £22+ per hour (Mon-Fri), £25 per hour (Sat)
  • Semi-skilled & Mates: £16-18+ per hour (Mon-Fri), £19-21 per hour (Sat), £21-23 per hour (Sun)
