Talent-UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, including survey work and materials assessment, apparatus installation, and circuit testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys to identify necessary materials and equipment
  • Install electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and security systems
  • Maintain safety and distribution components, including switches, resistors, and circuit-breaker panels
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility of components
  • Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
  • Routinely inspect and replace old wiring and insulated cables to prevent system breakdowns
  • Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
  • Install, commission, and maintain Access Control Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm or related equipment
  • Create site-specific RAMS documentation
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations

Requirements:

  • 18th edition qualified electrician with at least NVQ Level 3
  • 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification
  • Ability to manage own workload, be thorough, and pay attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Loyal and enthusiastic individual

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is £39,500 per annum, plus a company van. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:45.
