HVAC Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of HVAC technicians responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
2. Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
3. Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues.
4. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
5. Train and mentor HVAC technicians, providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures.
6. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
7. Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are up to date.
8. Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled projects and repairs.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of HVAC technicians.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
4. Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to HVAC systems.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
6. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications related to HVAC systems.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of HVAC software and tools for diagnostics and system analysis.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
