Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Hillingdon. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a range of subjects, including Maths, English, and Science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in a range of subjects, including Maths, English, and Science, both in-class and through small group interventions.
  • Work with students who need additional support, helping to boost their confidence and understanding.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resource development, and classroom management.
  • Provide one-to-one support for students with SEND or those needing extra help with their studies.
  • Offer targeted support for students preparing for exams, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Requirements:
  • A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in any subject.
  • A passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to support both students and staff in any way possible.
