About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Estimator to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Site Assessments: Conduct on-site visits to customer premises to assess the scope and complexity of potential removals projects.
  • Recommend Crew and Vehicles: Recommend the appropriate crew and vehicles for each removal, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Build Client Relationships: Build and develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaise with Sales Team: Liaise with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position services.
  • Compile Quotations: Use company costing data to compile quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Handle Customer Enquiries: Deal with customer enquiries and follow up quotations, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide Insurance Advice: Provide customers with advice on insurance matters, ensuring they are well-informed and protected.
  • Ensure Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience working in a field sales position, preferably in the Removals or Logistics industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-Driven Approach: A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
