About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
  • Optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments and generate new business leads

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Able to generate new business and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
