About the Job

The role of an Electrical Trainer Specialist is to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for electricians. As a Senior Electrical Instructor, you will have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge and experience to help shape the next generation of electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for electricians
  • Mentor and coach trainees to ensure they meet industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician
  • Proven track record of delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £38,190.27 per annum (DOE)
  • 37 hours per week, with flexible working options
  • 40 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • 37.2% pension scheme
  • Opportunity to work from home on Fridays
