Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Handle lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Supervise junior fee earners and support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, as well as regulatory standards.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Adhere to the firm's policies and procedures.

  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing, including complex cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Familiarity with CQS and panel memberships.
