About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 5/6/7 Locum Occupational Therapist to join our team in Surrey. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality OT services to children and young people with autism, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of occupational therapy services.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and deliver relevant interventions on an individual or group basis.
- Maintain accurate records of patient rehabilitation and progress.
- Develop close working relationships with multidisciplinary teams and promote Priory therapy services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and purchasers throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Lead the implementation of new services and share best practices with other sites.
