Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our newest site in Crawley. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a busy sales team, with a strong focus on leadership skills, sales expertise, and data analysis.
About You:
- Leadership skills: you have managed a busy sales team or single-site operation, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Sales expertise: you have excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a strong focus on developing top-tier sales skills.
- Data analysis: you are confident in identifying trends, analysing data, and driving improvements based on insights.
- Biking enthusiast: although not essential, a love of motorbikes is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: manage and motivate a team of sales executives, motorcycle technicians, and valeters.
- Sales & operations: oversee face-to-face and phone-based sales while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Collaboration: work with senior management to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Brand champion: represent Superbike Factory Limited with pride and passion.
What We Offer:
- Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus bonus (realistic £55K - £60K OTE).
