Customer Service Assistant Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an outstanding experience through exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking customers in at reception
  • Being a point of contact for customer questions
  • Being alert to sales opportunities

You will work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly. Exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your role. You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.

We are looking for someone who is full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have a nothing is too much trouble attitude, be able to provide high levels of customer service, and have strong communication skills. You will also need to be fully flexible around working patterns, including evenings and weekends.
