About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide excellent care.
- Conduct regular care assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met and their care plans are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to develop and implement care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage medication procedures, including ordering, storing, and administering medication to residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
