**Job Summary**

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a new residential development in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Management**: Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver the project.
  • **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the work meets the required standards, identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly.
  • **Cost Management**: Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the project is delivered within budget, and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • **Communication**: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with the project's progress.
  • **Safety**: Ensure that the site is a safe working environment, implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, and conducting regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in site management, preferably in residential construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Inspection certifications.
