Role Overview
The Intake Care Coordinator will be part of our intake team, responsible for understanding the capacity of our branches to safely assess and accept new client referrals for our Local Authority Contracts. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client referrals and assess branch capacity to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve care services and branch operations.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality services.
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You should thrive on managing your rota's to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
