About the Job

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Group Transformation and Improvement team as a Change Management Placement.

In this role, you will work closely with our international Change Management team to support the implementation of Change Management Strategies and Methodologies across MBDA.

You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing change adoption risks, implementing change management methods on selected projects, and delivering effective communications and engagement plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in operational excellence and change management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of Change Management Strategies and Methodologies
  • Analyze change adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Deliver effective communications and engagement plans
