Criminal Justice Support Programme Manager

Red 5 People is a charity recognized for its commitment to supporting individuals within the criminal justice system. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Criminal Justice Support Programme Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience working with clients in prison and probation settings, providing guidance and support to aid their rehabilitation. The role involves managing a caseload of clients, focusing on resettlement and securing employment through skills development, accommodation support, and necessary services.
This position requires working across HMP Chelmsford and Basildon probation trust. To be eligible, applicants must have relevant experience in the criminal justice sector or similar fields such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness. Criminology graduates with volunteer experience are also encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with vulnerable individuals. Our competitive salary is approximately £35,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting individuals in need.
