Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Childcare Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Ensuring that all children's needs are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs (SEN) or additional support needs (ASN).
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided to our children.
  • Working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education.
