Service Scheduler Expert

Job Description:
As a Service Scheduler at Correct Contract Services, you will play a crucial role in managing our field service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing travel routes for field service personnel, managing Work in Progress (WIP), and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills and experience with scheduling software
- Outstanding customer service abilities and strong communication skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
