Resilience Manager

About the Role
Alfred H Knight is seeking a highly skilled Resilience Manager to join our team in Liverpool, UK. As a key member of our Organisational Resilience Programme, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and leading our emergency response planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Resilience capabilities to support our overall objectives.
- Enhance and manage the BCMS, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.
- Lead emergency response planning efforts, including training and exercise testing of Resilience Plans and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement Resilience strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Resilience awareness and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Resilience profession, with a proven track record of developing and implementing Resilience capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response and business continuity planning, including ISO 22310:2019 and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
