This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Construction Project Manager (Education Sector). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description
  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £88,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and private health care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
