About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our Inspection, Maintenance and Testing team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field staff and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch works for regional field staff, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and striving for first-time fixes.
  • Respond to client issues, liaise with management, and update Workforce Management (WFM) tickets within agreed timeframes.
  • Arrange access and collaborate with Service Providers (SPs) as required, ensuring engineers are aware of site safety requirements and potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with regional dispatchers, subcontractors, administrators, and the management team to optimize the operation of IMT contracts.
  • Update site databases in a timely manner, reporting inaccuracies for further investigation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on assigning work to engineers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
