Autism Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Practitioner in Heanor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with a variety of activities that they enjoy and encouraging independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic support including personal care, medication administration, and integration into the local community
- Manage anxieties and distressing behavior in a supportive and non-judgmental manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.08 with opportunities for overtime
