Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Consultant referrals with expertise and efficiency.
  • Develop strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills to provide effective treatment for a wide range of upper limb conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with acute fracture clinic treatments and provide splinting services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing Consultant referrals and treating upper limb conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in physiotherapy.
