Corporate Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Medlock Partners.

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including household-name PLCs, high-growth companies, mid-tier businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Candidates should have a PQE of 3+ years, ideally from a leading firm, and experience in corporate work (specialisation in specific areas is welcome).

The role provides the opportunity to work closely with industry specialists across tax, employment, real estate, and other key practice areas to deliver comprehensive support on corporate transactional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• To advise clients on corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, and corporate governance.
• To work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive support on corporate transactional work.
• To maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
