Job Title: Vice President of Compliance
Location: Bermuda
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per annum
Nomura Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vice President of Compliance to lead our compliance function in Bermuda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks associated with our business operations.
- Lead a team of compliance professionals to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior management on compliance matters.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, law, compliance).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
