We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Activities Supervisor to lead our children's activity programme and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to deliver engaging and safe children's activities, ensuring maximum participation and a positive experience for all.
- Develop and implement programmes that meet the needs of our members, including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children's parties.
- Ensure all services delivered to children meet the highest standards of safety and quality, in line with our Children's Safety Guide.
- Maximise member experience, usage, participation, and value for money through excellent coaching, session quality, and consistency.
- Take ownership of member queries and complaints, and utilise feedback to improve the member and team member experience.
- Recruit, induct, train, manage, and review a high-performance team, building strong relationships to utilise resources effectively.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and expertise with other team members to drive excellence.
- Deliver exceptional service and engagement with members.
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety requirements and Children's Safety Guide.
- React efficiently to incidents, issues, or complaints.
- Meet member, team member, and mystery member feedback expectations.
- Perform against our 6 Values.
- Follow DL Clubs ways of operating.
- Achieve compliance with legislative and company documentation and audits.
- Meet Holiday Active and Parties revenue targets.
- Meet member participation targets for the children's programme.

- Ensure all new child members receive the Family Welcome and All Stars taster sessions.
- Contribute to the club's member count, particularly families with children.
- Regular club visits from Regional Manager and/or Club Support visitors.
- Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Experience in financial planning and management.
- Inspirational leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
