Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Associate to join our Bath & Body department at Fortnum & Mason. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury retail products, including Bath & Body offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and departmental KPIs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury retail, particularly Bath & Body products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
