Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Group Compliance Function. As a key member of our team, you will provide independent second-line compliance and conduct oversight, support, and guidance to ensure that regulatory requirements are fully understood and met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to the first line to ensure that both current and future activity of the company is customer-centric and compliant with regulatory obligations.
  • Evaluate and escalate conduct and regulatory risks to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes.
  • Support the Group Head of Compliance in contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the compliance advisory function.
  • Oversee regulatory change management to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes first time with appropriate systems and controls.
  • Provide regulatory and conduct risk opinion on highly complex regulatory and discretionary change projects and programmes.

Requirements

  • Significant working knowledge of the regulatory handbooks and associated guides and codes relevant to Together.
  • Experience of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
  • A detailed understanding of regulatory permissions and practical authorisation processes.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory standards to internal governance arrangements.
  • Previous experience in a senior compliance role.
  • A natural appetite and inquisitive mind for horizon-scanning.
