We are seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEND teacher, you will work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, specifically Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), in a creative and flexible manner.

This role is perfect for qualified SEND teachers who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable learners. You will be responsible for planning engaging sessions, providing holistic support, and completing lesson reports to track progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions for young people with SEMH needs
  • Provide holistic support to meet individual needs and advance educational and social-emotional journeys
  • Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on progress

Requirements:

  • Professional teaching qualifications (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, B.Ed, PTLLS, DTLLS, CELTA)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEMH needs
  • Enhanced DBS and two professional references
