About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
