Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Security to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our technology infrastructure and proprietary information, providing guidance and management for all information security needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and document security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical, and project plans.
- Provide a strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies, and policies.
- Familiarize yourself with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Understand the principles of cryptography and cryptanalysis.
- Analyze operating system internals and network protocols.
- Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Leadership experience and strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
- Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control, and vulnerability assessments, and defining treatment strategies.
- Experience in application technology security testing (white box, black box, and code review).
- Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability scanning and penetration testing).
