We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holidays Manager to join our team at Grafton Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring a team of colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure stock availability and merchandising levels are to the required standards, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain safe working practices for all colleagues, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
- Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Work closely with the team to achieve contracted hours of 37 or more, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
