Job Description: The Talent Set is recruiting a Fundraising and Engagement Director to drive our philanthropy efforts forward. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify, research, and cultivate new prospects, as well as designing personalized supporter journeys to inspire long-term commitments.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in relationship management, particularly with high-net-worth individuals or major donors. You will be able to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align fundraising strategies with our mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new prospects to create a robust pipeline supporting long-term income goals.
  • Design and deliver customized supporter journeys tailored to individual donors' needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure fundraising strategies align with our mission and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive philanthropy strategy to meet income targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Utilize data systems and research tools to effectively manage donor information and track fundraising outcomes.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, particularly with HNWIs or major donors.
  • Ability to craft and implement a tailored approach to secure major gifts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Experience in researching and identifying significant donor opportunities.
