We are seeking a dedicated Early Years educator to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring young learners in a supportive and engaging environment.



About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and creative Early Years teacher to develop their skills and expertise in a leading independent preparatory school in North London.



Key Responsibilities



  • To plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students
  • To create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional and academic growth
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding student outcomes
  • To stay up-to-date with developments in Early Years education and implement best practices in the classroom


Requirements and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:



  • A degree in Early Years Education or a related field
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on young lives
