Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifting and handling heavy items, completing multi-drop driving routes, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Installing a variety of products, including washing machines, fridge-freezers, and 4K TVs, to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery or installation.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A valid full Class C1 UK/EA driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • A CPC card and Tachograph card (ideally).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to lift and handle heavy items, with a passion for delivering great customer service.
