Patient Services Liaison and Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Liaison and Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve serving as a point of contact for individuals wishing to raise concerns or provide compliments about our NHS services. You will be responsible for logging contacts/enquiries on our PALS and Complaints database and ensuring all concerns/enquiries/compliments are handled promptly and professionally.
You will work closely with staff at all levels within the organization, providing customer care services and influencing change to promote learning and improvement.
Requirements- A degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a similar field.
- High standard of English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of managing PALS/complaints procedures and enquiries, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel across sites as required.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
