About the Role

Salt is a dynamic and forward-thinking company that's excited to partner with one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty brands. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic CRM initiatives to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Create targeted email campaigns using Klayvio to foster meaningful connections with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CRM success.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CRM database.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion or retail sector (though not essential).
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms, such as Klayvio.
  • A creative and detail-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Compensation Package:

We offer an estimated annual salary of £45,000-£55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
