Agile Framework Lead, Senior Vice President

At BNY, we're seeking a highly skilled Agile Framework Lead to join our Enterprise Change Office. As a Senior Vice President, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing a bespoke agile operating model that drives business transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate as an Agile SME, contributing to the design of a tailored agile operating model that addresses the unique needs of our business.
  2. Review and advise on agile rollout plans for Lines of Business and Corporate Functions, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
  3. Participate in and enhance Agile Coach Communities of Practice, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Coach and mentor Agile leads, senior managers, and product managers in Lean and scaled-agile mindset, principles, practices, behaviors, and values.
  5. Champion a continuous learning culture to refine BNY's agile operating model, increasing knowledge, competence, performance, and innovation across the Enterprise.
  6. Design agile performance metrics and key risk indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Relevant years of experience, with experience as an Agile Coach, and working directly with multiple agile teams.
  3. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  4. Proven experience in leading complex initiatives, coaching, and training, with formal training experience with large, cross-functional teams.
  5. Preferred Agile certifications, such as SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master.
