We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care at our Bridgewater location.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a committed team, ensuring they deliver outstanding care every day.
- Staff Development: Manage inductions, shadow shifts, and ongoing training, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain High Standards: Oversee quality assurance through spot checks, supervision, and appraisals.
- Handle Challenges: Investigate complaints, manage safeguarding issues, and resolve incidents with professionalism and care.
- Client Care Coordination: Oversee support plans and risk assessments, ensuring they are tailored to each individual's needs.
- Seamless Service Management: Work closely with the Office Manager to plan rotas and cover gaps, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- 24/7 Support: Participate in the on-call rota, providing round-the-clock support for the team.
- Experience working in Health and Social Care, particularly with people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- A proven track record in leadership, with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of key regulations, including GDPR, The Mental Capacity Act, and Equality & Diversity.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, including a willingness to work towards a QCF qualification.
