Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

Location: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Somerset, and Mid and North Devon

Salary: £48,685 - £54,094

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Property Condition Surveyors, delivering surveys, and collecting data on property condition and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and set objectives for the team
  2. Identify and effectively manage day-to-day risks
  3. Administer budgets
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to the team

Requirements:

  1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Building Surveying
  2. Hold qualifications in property surveying (RICS, CIOB, CABE, or equivalent)
  3. Experience of line management or coaching
  4. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  5. Willingness to undertake professional development
